Acceptable Use Policy

This applies to everyone using Pouncd. Breaking it can get content removed or an account banned.

Don't

• Post anything illegal, fraudulent, or misleading, including fake traction, fake credentials, or fake investor status.
• Use Pouncd to publicly offer or sell securities in violation of securities laws, or to run unregistered general solicitations.
• Run scams, pyramid or MLM schemes, “guaranteed return” offers, or pump-and-dump promotions, including crypto.
• Spam, mass-message, or send unsolicited promotions.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or dox anyone.
• Post someone else's confidential information, trade secrets, or copyrighted work without permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data, or use bots to create accounts or messages.
• Probe, attack, overload, or bypass the security of Pouncd, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Upload malware or harmful links.
• Resell or share access to your account.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or ban accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities.
