These terms cover your use of Pouncd (pouncd.co). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to the policies linked on our legal page. If you don't agree, don't use Pouncd.
1. What Pouncd is
Pouncd is a vetted community for founders and members, plus a pitch board where founders share ideas and verified investors can ask for an introduction. We provide software and a place to meet. Nothing more.
2. What Pouncd is not
Pouncd is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, investment adviser, or exchange. We don't offer, sell, or recommend securities, negotiate deals, hold funds, or take part in any transaction between users. We take no cut, commission, or success fee on any investment. See the Risk Disclosure.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. A person reviews every application. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give Pouncd a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it to the people you share it with, only to run the service. Details are in the Content & IP Policy.
5. Rules
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may remove content or accounts that break them.
6. Paid plans
Subscriptions and add-ons are covered by the Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy.
7. Third-party services
Instagram linking and other integrations are covered by the Integrations notice.
8. Disclaimers
Pouncd is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind. We don't verify pitches, profiles, or investor claims and don't guarantee any introduction, funding, or outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pouncd isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss from an investment, deal, or interaction between users. Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.
10. Indemnity
If your content or conduct leads to a claim against Pouncd, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
11. Ending
You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@pouncd.co. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
