Plans

Add-ons (one-time)

Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

Billing and auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll remind you before a yearly plan renews.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your account or by emailing hello@pouncd.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep paid features until then, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months.
• Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first purchase or a renewal. After that, no partial refunds.
• Add-ons: refundable before they're used (a boost before it runs, a Demo Day slot more than 7 days before the event). After that, non-refundable.
• Billing errors or duplicate charges are always refunded.
• Accounts banned for breaking our rules aren't refunded.
• Where local law gives you more rights (for example EU withdrawal rights), those apply.

Price changes

We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. If it keeps failing, your account drops to the free Member plan.
