Report infringement

Email hello@pouncd.co with the subject “DMCA notice”, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work.
3. The URL of the material on Pouncd.
4. Your name, address, phone, and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district. We may restore it in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant files suit.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
